Oversee and enable a Core-wide approach to equip managers and leaders to deliver on critical talent outcomes. Manage projects and drive Core-specific people initiatives spanning organizational effectiveness and health, talent, leadership, culture, and the future of work. Partner with Core's Strategy and Operations organization on connected processes such as early career hiring and organizational effectiveness governance.
Coordinate cross-functionally with the business on projects related to People Strategy and Core People-related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Collaborate with People Operations Go-To-Market (GTM), Organizational Effectiveness, and PeopleDev to incorporate best practices into Core’s processes and drive business-specific experiments.
