Manage end-to-end regional network field execution across assigned hyperscale data centers, carrier-neutral colocation Points of Presence (PoPs), and core DWDM/optical transport sites, overseeing third-party vendor performance across high-density structured fiber builds, Layer 1–3 hardware installations, decommissioning, and 24x7 break-fix dispatches. Lead global program workstreams using structured artifacts (charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), roadmaps, risk registers) to standardize field execution.
Oversee vendor operational readiness and quality through technical audits, optical/hardware standard validation, and EHS enforcement. Drive operational, commercial, and financial discipline, ensuring SLAs, SOWs, POs, accruals, invoicing, and dispatch queues are well maintained. Collaborate with capacity delivery, supply chain, and partners to remove execution blockers, avoid delays, and increase velocity.
