Oversee submarine infrastructure delivery including budgets, timelines, and communications by collaborating with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders while applying technical acumen to solve complex delivery challenges. Create comprehensive strategies, policies, procedures, operational plans, and technical documentation for maintaining and operating submarine line terminal equipment (SLTE) and network infrastructure.
Partner closely with Sales and Compliance organizations to ensure the seamless delivery of spectrum and FPs (Fiber Pairs) to both internal and external customers. Define and validate tooling requirements to support efficient channel plan management, network optimization, and deployment configurations. Support partner teams in managing submarine infrastructure maintenance agreements, vendor negotiations, and the ongoing operationalization of network equipment.
