Shape the experiences and services that decide what each user should set up or discover next, based on their context and what they've already done and seen. Shape the experiences and services that coordinate Wallet's messages across notifications, in‑app surfaces, and email. Respect user preferences and consent, delivery rules, and the record of what was sent, seen, and acted on. Provide shared building blocks, such as shared CUJs, user profiles, APIs, and experiment patterns, that other Wallet teams use to onboard users to and promote their features.
Run experiments and work with product, UX, data science, and partner teams across Android, Payments, and Privacy to measure and improve results against key business goals. Take part in the team's oncall rotation, reviewing campaigns and keeping systems that reach hundreds of millions of users reliable.
