Reduce chaos through automation, maintain rigorous defensive engineering standards for high availability.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) when working with external partners, important clients, or internal stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers through constructive design reviews, technical guidance, and active sponsorship. Foster a generative engineering environment of psychological safety, where differing architectural ideas are debated constructively. Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
