Manage global capacity deliverables, plan of records, and schedules for data center turnups, ensuring GSO, GGI, and PIE deliverables are managed to overall schedules. Understand partner dependencies, constraints, and forecasting mechanisms; work with planning to ensure dependent projects are kicked off in time to support downstream dependencies. Work with partner teams to ensure project priorities are aligned, resources are secured, and logistics is on point with material storage and delivery.
Contribute to business reviews providing capacity updates, provide health reports highlighting wins, risks, and demands, and implement and drive escalation processes. Document patterns, spikes, and lessons learned to proactively improve deployment times, driving root cause corrective actions to prevent known issues from recurring and constraining capacity.
