Structure, draft, and discuss complex commercial agreements, and supporting product and feature launches. Assist in providing impactful legal advice to a range of functional areas within the DeepMind for the smooth and efficient running of the business on a day-to-day basis, including advising on contractual structuring, conducting legal research, and advising executive stakeholders on legal risks. Support the Legal team’s initiatives to manage and track OKRs, coordinate legal processes, and report on key legal metrics in support of high-level team strategies.
