Act as the lead finance partner and primary liaison between Data Center Construction, Real Estate/Site Selection, Supply Chain, and Capacity Planning. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of finance professionals (including direct management and coaching of construction Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) analysts and managers). Partner with Construction and Engineering leadership to establish rigorous capital expenditure governance, tracking budgets, commitments, contingencies, and cash-flow milestones for active and planned builds.
Drive financial evaluation and risk analysis for general contracting strategies, commercial delivery models (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Design-Build, Build-to-Suit (BTS)), and change order governance. Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize unit costs (e.g., $/MW) and implement benchmarking frameworks across global project sites.
