Lead the global change governance program for Google’s Data Center fleet. Facilitate data driven and consensus based decision making by ensuring topics are well prepared ahead of time, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged early/often, and fostering a respectful and collaborative culture across the globe. Work closely with key stakeholders to integrate our change governance program with their change control board processes tightly and efficiently.
Monitor the overall performance and health of the process to illuminate gaps, drive improvements to close those gaps, and optimize for high quality decisions at speed and scale. Improve awareness by developing and executing updated communications, training, and outreach plans.
