Monitor operational metrics across the Google Play ecosystem, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution. Lead early-stage incubation and piloting for new Google Play safety systems, writing playbooks and training materials to scale them effectively.
Pivot to absorb novel app-level threats within the Google Play store, identify upstream detection gaps, and lead high-pressure escalations to resolve critical abuse vectors. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Ops teams to embed automation readiness into safety models and manage feedback loops to improve tool accuracy.
