Manage the technical delivery of simultaneous physical space refreshes, interactive installations, and infrastructure retrofits globally. Align architectural teams, general contractors, experience designers, fabricators, specialized AV integrators, and demo/content creators against project path. Track project budgets, manage purchase orders and statements of work (SOWs), and manage the global supply-chain. Direct comprehensive system commissioning, punch-list remediation, and operational turnover to both operational, business, and programmatic teams. Create and refine best practices that scale our ability to deliver globally.
