Build, maintain, and execute predictive labor demand models to forecast where, when, and how many data center technicians are required across Google’s global fleet. Participate actively in and independently lead monthly Integrated Planning and Demand Reviews (IPDRs) for respective demand stripes, and participate in Demand-Supply Reviews (DSR). Translate day-to-day business logic, planning rules, and schema definitions into structured functional requirements for engineering teams to build automated solutions.
Identify, scope, and lead cross-functional improvement programs aimed at advancing Google's labor forecasting capabilities, tool integrations, and operational visibility. Leverage modern AI tools and automated workflows to augment scenario simulations, streamline repetitive planning tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
