Oversee annual budget planning, quarterly resource ordering, and OpEx tracking for compute, storage, and specialized artificial intelligence and machine learning hardware. Process, validate, and deliver resource requests to engineering teams. Drive resource efficiency efforts, including clawbacks of unneeded resources, to ensure high utilization and cost savings. Coordinate closely with other resource pools and Product Area Resource Management teams, particularly Ads Resource Engineering, Core, and Search, to acquire and distribute resources. Build tooling and leverage AI to automate and simplify resource management processes.
