Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership (including the VP of Engineering, VP Product Leads, and other VPs), collaborating across teams and geographies to share information, build communications resources, and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business. Lead the end-to-end production and content strategy for major tech and leadership forums, All Teams and key team meetings, including managing significant production budgets and event agencies.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. Lead proactive and reactive communications plans for sensitive topics, including reorgs and leadership transitions. Build robust partnerships with internal stakeholders across the company to develop and align on internal and external messaging.
