Lead defined global program workstreams using structured program management artifacts - including project charters, Work Breakdown Structures, roadmaps, risk registers, communication plans - to standardize and elevate field execution.
Oversee vendor operational readiness, site ownership, service quality by conducting on-site technical field audits, validating optical and hardware standards, and enforcing Environmental Health and Safety compliance.
