Lead spares inventory modeling, replenishment policies, return merchandise authorization (RMA) operations, and supply availability for Google's first-party and third-party global TPU machine learning fleet. Drive daily team execution, ranking planning work, triaging inventory shortages and exceptions, tracking fill rates and RMA cycle times, and managing handoffs across global time zones. Serve as the unified point-of-contact representing TPU FRU planning across TPU Hardware Engineering, Logistics, Fleet Maintenance Operations, Supply teams (ISM), and Finance.
Lead execution for Project Bloom (automated forecasting, spares allocation, and replenishment for ML pod offerings), drive scaling of RMA processes toward a 30-day end-to-end cycle time northstar, ensuring spares/repair pipeline readiness for next-generation ML deployments. Manage, coach, and support a team of 8 PM's and supply chain specialists across Sunnyvale, Atlanta, and Taipei. Own talent development, performance management, hiring, and engagement.
