Research and deliver strategic support to the regional business partners through complex tax environments in India and South Asia. Support complex tax audits, develop and implement proactive defense strategies to achieve practical and timely issue resolutions. Collaborate with tax, cross-functional teams, and external advisors on key tax positions, resolve complex tax issues and establish policies and procedures for tax positions and documentation to minimize tax exposure.
Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams including Business, Legal, Treasury and Accounting to enable the business structures and processes for the new product and business launch and expansions. Analyze latest tax and regulatory developments and provide actionable guidance to the stakeholders and enable implementation of the required changes.
