Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—fostering collaboration, alignment, and a shared purpose across teams and global objectives in line with GTM and AI-first priorities. Identify growth levers and develop business growth-focused strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks using data-driven insights. Develop comprehensive annual business plans in collaboration with your business partners, set ambitious, data-backed targets and outline strategies for achieving them.
Identify and address performance gaps, taking corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Structure and lead business-critical transformation projects, driving them from initial hypothesis to full-scale regional implementation. Collaborate with the global GTM organization to foster a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and among our business partners.
