Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of EMEA and global Bidding partners, managing recurring partner syncs, onboarding, graduation readouts, and escalations. Lead time-boxed technical onboardings and Alpha/Beta exit evaluations for Authorized Buyers, Open Bidding partners, and third-party SDK Bidders to validate adapter health, bid response compliance, and win-rate benchmarks. Build trusted relationships with partner engineers and product leads, collaborating with Sales and Partner Managers on account plans and growth opportunities.
Isolate systemic bugs and protocol friction points across buyer integrations, filing reproducible engineering escalations and partnering with PM/Eng to improve platform serviceability. Communicate technical status, integration risks, and next steps directly to partner stakeholders and internal Sales teams during onboarding phases.
