Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-quarter, highly cross-functional technical programs focused on reliability, infrastructure convergence, capacity optimization, and disaster recovery across Google Workspace. Partner with Dev Team Leads, SRE leadership, and core infrastructure teams to align roadmaps, define clear milestones, track deliverables, and manage expectations across Director and VP levels. Define, track, and report on key program health metrics, SLO compliance, and OKRs using executive dashboards (e.g., SRE Map, QSR, Automon).
Advocate lightweight, high-leverage engineering processes that eliminate toil, streamline incident follow-ups, and accelerate production onboarding. Leverage genAI tooling to develop technical skills in addition to program management skills and work on improving products that are loved by billions of users.
