Software Engineer Manager, Admin Access Platform, Dynamic Policy Engine

Set technical direction for the Admin Access Platform (AAP) Dynamic Policy Engine, including real-time access evaluation, federated domain management, and safe deployment tooling (e.g., Mendel A/B experiments), and help drive the overall AAP strategy. Provide management and technical leadership to a team of Software Engineers. Collaborate cross-team with partners, TLs, UX, PMs, TPMs, and security policy owners to translate complex security requirements into scalable technical outcomes.

Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and roadmaps that align with company-wide mandates like Adaptive Shield and Agentic Security. Ensure best-practices in design, development, infrastructure, security, privacy, and software maintenance.
