Senior Program Manager, Spares and RMA Supply Chain Architecture

Drive complex, multidisciplinary projects in partnership with operations and software teams to scale the planning and delivery of Google’s production compute infrastructure. Oversee the planning and delivery of supply chain transformation initiatives, defining process architecture, user journeys, requirements, and implementation schedules. Develop comprehensive strategies for Spares, RMA, and Reverse Supply Chain operations to build scalable capabilities for dynamic supply chain requirements.

Develop operational goals aligned with customer needs and cost objectives, utilizing analytical and quantitative methods to advance and integrate processes across functions. Partner with teams to identify gaps, recommend process improvements, standardize policies, and interface directly with software teams to prioritize product management efforts.
