Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs through the Product Lifecycle, ensuring supply chain and design partner team deliverables are met in order to support critical program milestones. Support onboarding and qualification of N+1 suppliers through leading design reviews, specification C/D/Es, product SOWs, and engineer of record alignment. Ensure product designs are complete, accurate, and provided on schedule to enable a smooth transition to the execution team for on-time manufacturing and delivery.
Act as first level escalation point where partner team deliverables are not being met. Communicate program risks to leadership while providing mitigation recommendations. Lead change control/management for your products, ensuring impacts are communicated and cross-functional alignment is obtained before cut-in and dissemination to supply base.
