Maintain and support direct relationships across a portfolio of emerging creators. Manage day-to-day communications, operational requests, and partner health tracking. Coordinate scaled partner onboarding workflows (including new creator acceleration programs), guiding partners through channel setup, agreements, and tool activations. Educate creators on YouTube features, optimization strategies, and monetization pathways, with a focus on creator shopping and brand agreement best practices.
Support the execution of scaled partner initiatives, educational webinars, industry workshops, and creator events designed to accelerate emerging talent across Greater China. Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Policy, and Technical Operations—to resolve partner inquiries and advocate for creator needs. Shadow senior partner managers on complex partner initiatives, strategic negotiations, and ecosystem projects, actively building business development capabilities.
