Lead the strategy and execution of external communications for Pixel ecosystem products (such as Pixel Buds), including launches and ongoing campaigns. Support the external reputation of the Google Store and oversee all new store location launches domestically, and support upcoming International stores. Coordinate with cross-functional partners across GCPA, Marketing, Product, Legal, and more to build the narrative around new products, triage how to manage media requests, and ensure coherent messaging across complex initiatives. Experiment with innovative formats for storytelling (e.g., visuals, short-form video, podcasts) to amplify and humanize complex technical and product narratives.
