Regional Security Operations Lead, APAC

Oversee the end-to-end design, formulation, and execution of regional operational strategy, aligning GSRS APAC strategic priorities and delivery with Google APAC business operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to the GSRS APAC senior leadership team on high-impact challenges, leveraging global network expertise while maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality. Drive cross-functional alignment on key regional OKRs and priorities, managing the project portfolio from inception to completion with robust reporting, governance, and tracking.

Lead different regional teams to deliver complex strategic initiatives, applying sound business judgment to prioritize work, resolve high-impact issues, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Deliver critical operational support during active geopolitical crises and regional incidents, while directing executive communications, regional operational rhythms, and leadership engagement strategies.
