Develop and execute on the product outlook for landing recursive self-improvement at Google-scale. Serve as a high-bandwidth partner for Engineering, Code AI teams and DeepMind research teams to identify critical gaps in core intelligence pieces (e.g., LLM, Harness and adjacent capabilities (memory, context engineering, recursive self-improvement loops)), activating and successfully executing on research and development work to improve LLMs.
Translate frontier capabilities into high-value products that professionals love and set up feedback flywheel to and extract and upstream rich expert signal to GDM. Influence and inspire an organization of AI-native product builders by maintaining focus on the fast pace of experimentation/iteration and identifying the biggest blockers to getting to AGI. Partner with Engineering and GDM partners to land research breakthroughs and value breakthroughs at Google-scale, through first-principles thinking.
