Role: Workstream Lead

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 incl. Super + Bonus

Coordinating and tracking the progress of key Grains projects and strategic initiatives across the business.

Driving the flow of information between stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely project updates are captured and communicated.

Producing reporting and analytical insights to support decision-making and project governance.

Identifying risks, dependencies and issues, helping project leaders maintain momentum and achieve objectives.

Supporting transformation, change and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business performance.

About you

Experience in project coordination, PMO, transformation, change management or a similar project support role.

Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive communicator who can build effective relationships and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

Critical thinker who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and driving outcomes.
