We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! This position will be hybrid. This position will require a highly organized and detailed person to support our project management team.

Location

This role is Hybrid and can be in the following locations: Kalamazoo, MI or Pittsburgh, PA or St. Louis, MO. The expectation is to commute to the office 3 days per week.

General Job Duties

• Plan, coordinate and direct activities on assigned project, such as timelines, milestones and resource allocation
• Complete administrative functions associated with project creation and close out in project management system
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes for project management related meetings
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to client and internal stakeholders
• General support of project management function

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed

• Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Business, Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable working experience
• Acute attention to detail, grammar, presentation, and process
• Excellent customer service attitude

Preferred experience

Experience with Dynamics 365

Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)

Experience in industrial automation industry

The target annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000-75,000, based upon relevant qualifications.
