Our Values

As a company, we strive and act together in our ambition to make a positive impact for the people and brands we serve, we do everything with kindness and respect at the core. ‘We Strive’, ‘Acting Together’, ‘With Kindness’ are the values that guide us.

About the role

We're looking for a Digital Strategist to join our growing London team. You'll own strategies end to end, lead client conversations and step in across accounts, with a primary focus on the luxury category.

Alongside luxury, you'll work across our wider portfolio, from personal care to food service, so you'll need to adapt quickly between categories, audiences and briefs. You'll work across every channel, including search, social, content, influencer, digital PR and AI/LLMs, and understand how they work together to build brands.

This is a role for a self-starter: someone who spots opportunities before being asked, makes confident calls and drives work forward at a fast-growing agency leading the way in AI visibility.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development of insight-led strategies that define how brands show up across search, social, content, influencer, digital PR and AI platforms.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations and own strategic workstreams end to end.
  • Use data from Profound and YouScan, alongside wider desk research, to understand how brands appear in AI search and social conversation, and turn this into strategic recommendations.
  • Scan for trends across digital, culture, media and category, with a particular eye on luxury, proactively bringing new opportunities to clients.
  • Shape pitch and new business responses, owning the strategic narrative and making sure every recommendation is sharp, accurate and well evidenced.
  • Work across clients and sectors beyond luxury, from personal care to food service, applying learnings across our portfolio.
  • Support on the development of GEO strategies that improve how brands are surfaced and cited in AI/LLM responses, working alongside our AI search team.
  • Contribute to Greenpark's thought leadership on AI visibility, digital and culture through reports and posts for our owned channels.
  • Brief and collaborate closely with our Data & Insights Analyst and our AI search, content, social, influencer, creative and account teams, quality-checking the strategic work that goes to clients.

About you

  • 4–6 years' experience in a strategy or planning role, ideally agency side, with experience in the luxury category.
  • Hands-on experience with AI visibility and social listening tools such as Profound and YouScan, or the ability to get up to speed fast.
  • A strong understanding of the AI search landscape, including GEO and how LLMs source and cite content, and how this is changing the way brands are discovered.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, able to build clear, compelling narratives in PowerPoint and present them confidently to senior clients.
  • A deep understanding of the full digital landscape, including search, social, content, influencer, digital PR and AI/LLMs, and how these channels work together to build brands.
  • A genuine interest in brands, culture and how audiences behave, online and offline.
  • Confident using data to build and challenge recommendations, without needing to be a specialist analyst.
  • A self-starter: proactive, highly organised and comfortable working autonomously, with the judgement to make calls and the confidence to push ideas with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • You live & breathe Greenpark’s core values ‘We Strive’, ‘Acting Together’, ‘With Kindness’ -championing openness, respect, innovation, and teamwork - so that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects our commitment to our values.
