About the role

• Reporting to the Cluster Supply Chain Lead, this role acts as the main interface between Supply Chain and strategic customers.
• The role aims to strengthen customer collaboration, create joint value, and align Supply Chain execution with business objectives in order to optimize service levels, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• This is a key role in developing strong customer partnerships and driving continuous improvement in operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Customer collaboration
• Develop and manage strong relationships with the Supply Chain teams of strategic customers,
• Ensure effective collaboration on operational processes and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Demand and forecast alignment
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and customer teams to improve forecast accuracy,
• Coordinate promotion-related activities and help reduce stock imbalances.
• Performance management
• Monitor and analyze Supply Chain KPIs (SFA, SFB, OSA, CTS, SAMBC, etc.),
• Contribute to root-cause identification and the management of continuous improvement plans.
• Projects and process improvement
• Identify and deploy initiatives to improve Supply Chain processes,
• Contribute to strategic projects, including product launches, system changes, logistics network optimization, and other related initiatives.
• Cross-functional alignment
• Work closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between Supply Chain execution and business objectives.
• Risk management and transformation
• Identify Supply Chain risks and define appropriate mitigation plans,
• Contribute to and support digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain.
• Required qualifications
• Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, or customer-facing roles, ideally within the CPG / FMCG sectors,
• Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes,
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored Supply Chain solutions.

Preferred qualifications

• Good understanding of interactions with Sales teams and commercial challenges,
• Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and matrix environment,
• Strong analytical skills, with good proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI,
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage priorities, and influence multi-functional teams.

• Rattaché(e) au Supply Chain Lead du Cluster, ce rôle est l’interface principale entre la Supply Chain et les clients stratégiques.

• Pilotage de la performance
• Suivre et analyser les KPI Supply Chain (SFA, SFB, OSA, CTS, SAMBC, etc.),
• Contribuer à l’identification des causes racines et au pilotage des plans d’amélioration continue.
• Projets et amélioration des processus
• Identifier et déployer des initiatives d’amélioration des processus Supply Chain,
• Contribuer aux projets stratégiques (lancements produits, évolutions systèmes, optimisation réseau logistique, etc.).
• Alignement transverse
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales, Planning, Logistique, IT et Finance afin d’assurer l’alignement entre l’exécution Supply Chain et les objectifs business.
• Gestion des risques et transformation
• Identifier les risques Supply Chain et définir les plans d’atténuation adaptés,
• Contribuer et soutenir les initiatives de transformation digitale au sein de la Supply Chain.

Qualifications requises

• Expérience en Supply Chain, logistique ou fonctions en interface client, idéalement dans les secteurs CPG / FMCG,
• Bonne compréhension des processus Supply Chain end-to-end,
• Capacité démontrée à construire des relations clients solides et à délivrer des solutions Supply Chain adaptées.

Qualifications souhaitées

• Bonne compréhension des interactions avec les équipes Sales et des enjeux commerciaux,
• Capacité à négocier et à collaborer efficacement en environnement transverse et matriciel,
• Solides compétences analytiques, avec une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et d’outils de reporting (ex. Power BI),
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, à gérer les priorités et à influencer des équipes multi-fonctionnelles.
