• We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data Reconciliation Specialist to support the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or early-career professional interested in finance, data analysis and financial systems.
• You will support data validation, migration and reconciliation activities, helping ensure data accuracy and consistency during the transition from iScala to Oracle.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between iScala and Oracle systems.
• Compare datasets from different sources to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with data preparation and migration activities.
• Support the Financial Reporting team with consolidation, netting and other ad hoc tasks.
• Provide backup support to team members during temporary absences.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• No previous professional experience required; a strong interest in working with numbers and financial systems is essential.
• Previous internships or relevant university projects would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Windows-based applications.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python or SQL would be an advantage.
• Native-level Estonian and fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an asset.
