About the role

Reporting to the Director of the EPMO, this role plans, executes, and controls projects across ERP, warehouse management, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and business applications, ensuring every project is tied to a clear business outcome and delivered on scope, schedule, and budget.
The role sits at the center of a major technology modernization, including the transition from legacy platforms to SAP and a cloud-native WMS. The ideal candidate combines disciplined project execution with strong business partnership, and is comfortable leading internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors across multiple sites and time zones.
Key Responsibilities

- Confirm a named business owner and baseline metrics for every project before execution begins.
- Select the right delivery approach for each project, whether waterfall, Agile, or hybrid.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional project teams spanning IT, business functions, and external partners through each project phase.
- Manage day-to-day execution, track progress against milestones, and remove roadblocks.
- Coordinate requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Manage scope through a disciplined change-control process, assessing the impact of every change on cost, schedule, and value.
- Ensure decommissioning of legacy systems, servers, and licenses is planned and tracked as part of project completion.
EPMO Governance & Reporting
- Follow EPMO standards, methodologies, stage gates, templates, and tools.
- Prepare clear, accurate status reports and dashboards for the Director of EPMO, steering committees, and executive sponsors.
- Present project health, risks, issues, and decisions needed at governance forums.
- Maintain complete project documentation, including RAID logs, decision logs, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of EPMO processes, templates, and project management maturity.
Financial & Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals; report variances and corrective actions.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, resolving capacity conflicts with functional managers and the EPMO.
- Track vendor deliverables, milestones, and invoices against contract terms.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build strong relationships with business sponsors, site leaders, and end users across global locations.
- Manage system integrators, software vendors, and consultants to contractual commitments and quality standards.
- Lead organizational change management, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and adoption planning.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate early with recommended options.
- Ensure projects meet IT security, data governance, change management, and audit requirements.
- Validate that deliverables meet acceptance criteria and that business benefits are measured after go-live.
