• As Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end planning and delivery of business and technology initiatives within the Core Tribe.
• You’ll bring together people, plans, governance and execution to ensure outcomes are delivered safely, predictably and effectively.
• Developing clear and detailed delivery plans, you’ll create visibility across scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, while ensuring stakeholders understand where delivery stands and what needs attention.
• Working across cross-functional teams, you’ll proactively identify constraints, remove blockers and drive actions through to completion, while ensuring delivery remains aligned to HBF’s strategic objectives, governance and control requirements.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of initiatives, projects and workstreams within the Core Tribe.
• Develop and maintain clear, detailed delivery plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies and agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear accountability for actions, priorities and delivery timeframes.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, constraints and dependencies, driving actions through to resolution and escalating where required.
• Monitor scope and delivery budgets, ensuring changes and impacts are understood and communicated.
• Provide clear and transparent reporting on progress, delivery health, risks, issues and outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and clearly communicate delivery plans, expectations and areas requiring attention.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement while maintaining momentum towards agreed outcomes.

About you

You’re a hands-on delivery professional with strong project management fundamentals and experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives from planning through to execution.

You’re comfortable bringing structure to complexity, creating detailed plans and proactively driving forward. You identify what could impact delivery early, bring the right people together and and ensure actions are followed through while providing healthy challenge when needed.

• Strong project management and end-to-end delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage detailed project and delivery plans.
• Strong governance and reporting capability, with the ability to provide a clear view of delivery health and emerging risks.
• A proactive approach to identifying constraints, removing blockers and following through on actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate plans, progress and priorities.
• A collaborative leadership style that creates accountability while bringing people together to achieve outcomes.
