5+ years of payroll processing experience

Workday Payroll Management System experience

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Strong Excel skills

Exceptional organizational skills and abilities to multitask

Familiar with multi company & multi batch processing

Payroll for over 500 employees

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process bi-weekly payroll for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees
• Process semi-monthly payroll for Principals
• Process annual bonus payroll
• Review new employee taxes and direct deposit information
• Validate 401(k) loans, and contribution rate changes, populate correctly for payroll
• Provide support to Total Rewards team for various 401(k) plan administration tasks
• Prepare all bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly payroll check requests (FSA, garnishments, 401(k), etc.)
• Workers’ comp audit
• Handle all wage garnishments
• BLS worksite reports
• Reconcile periodic and quarterly taxes with ADP
