Head of Impact and Insight

Job title: Head of Impact and Insight Responsible to: Associate Director of Strategy, Performance and Impact Based: Hybrid - The Grange, Saunderton, Buckinghamshire Contract: Permanent, Full Time Lead Hearing Dogs' Impact & Insight function, building a charity-wide capability that uses evidence, data and research to understand our impact, inform strategic and operational decision-making, and help identify emerging needs, risks and opportunities.

The role will ensure we understand the difference we are making, what our evidence is telling us and how this can inform future priorities and decision-making. Working closely with Digital, Data & Technology and Service Design & Service Engagement, the role will help turn multiple sources of information into meaningful, connected insight that supports better decisions.
