Help produce the scorecards, benchmarks and business-review materials that enable Franchisee Business Partners and leaders to understand results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Reporting to the Director, Performance Management Program, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Franchisee Business Partners, Operations, Digital Intelligence and Finance teams. You will own assigned analyses and reporting tasks, maintain accurate records and flag issues for review. Your work will support the central system and the teams responsible for franchisee coaching, performance decisions and independent assurance.

  • Maintain delivery plans, action logs, reporting calendars and documentation; follow up with contributors and flag missing inputs or overdue actions.
  • Support meetings, record decisions and organise materials so teams can access current versions.
  • Data collection and quality
  • Collect, consolidate and check franchisee and location-level financial, customer and operational data from agreed sources.
  • Reconcile figures, investigate missing or inconsistent data with source owners, and maintain documented corrections and assumptions for review.
  • Scorecards and KPI calculations
  • Calculate metrics and prepare draft scorecards using approved definitions, thresholds, weightings and aggregation rules.
  • Maintain the metric dictionary, source references and calculation checks; flag unusual results or methodology questions to the Senior Manager or Director.
  • Reporting and benchmarking
  • Produce recurring reports, dashboard updates and peer comparisons; check figures and presentation before review and release.
  • Support dashboard testing and document defects or improvement requests; highlight data limitations that affect rankings or comparisons.
  • Scoring and governance support
  • Prepare evidence and reconciliation schedules for scoring and calibration reviews; maintain records of approved grades, corrections and exceptions.
  • Track queries and disputes, collate supporting information and route decisions to authorised owners; handle confidential franchisee data in line with agreed controls.
  • Business reviews and performance insights
  • Prepare charts, pre-reads, profitability analyses and action-plan updates for monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews and annual planning.
  • Analyse trends and variances in areas such as revenue, utilisation, customer experience and profitability; summarise findings and questions for further investigation.
  • Rewards and improvement tracking
  • Prepare factual inputs for recognition and improvement recommendations using approved criteria and validated performance results.
  • Maintain records of agreed actions, owners and deadlines; track progress and flag overdue commitments for follow-up by Franchisee Business Partners.
  • Training and continuous improvement
  • Support training materials, user guides and communications; maintain a log of questions, feedback and requested improvements.
  • Track reporting timeliness, tool usage and programme adoption; help document best practices and simplify recurring analyses under guidance.
