Marketing Optimisation Specialist

Melbourne, Australia In person Full-time

Careers with Impact

More than one million Australians trust us with their money, and that trust shapes how we work every day. Our members sit at the centre of everything we do, guiding our decisions and the impact we strive to make.

We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and accountable, who value inclusion and collaboration, and who are proactive in managing risk to protect our members’ long-term outcomes. In return, you’ll be part of an organisation where your work contributes to strong returns, real-world impact, and a culture that reflects the communities our members serve.

Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact

As our Marketing Optimisation Specialist, you will see your ideas shape real member behaviour, from the first click through to long-term loyalty. You will sharpen your skills in testing, personalisation and customer journey analysis, and learn how a purpose-driven fund turns data, insights and campaign performance into better member experiences while working with a collaborative marketing team and trusted agency partners.

About the role

You will help improve our engagement and retention campaigns so members stay connected with HESTA and make the most of their super. You will turn insight into opportunities, bring ideas to life across channels and share what you learn with the team, stakeholders and the broader fund.

Deliver impactful campaigns and member experiences: Work closely with the broader marketing team to deliver relevant, engaging campaigns and experiences for members using Adobe Experience Cloud as the platform that brings them to life.

Champion data-informed decisions: Apply a strong understanding of HESTA’s data processes and standards, using member profiling, behavioural insights and campaign performance to guide decisions.

Plan, deliver and collaborate: Bring campaign plans to life by working with internal stakeholders, leadership, and digital agency partners, and managing approvals along the way.

Shape strategy and continual improvement: Work alongside the Optimisation Manager to deliver key strategic initiatives and business targets, turning insight into opportunities that improve our engagement and retention campaigns, and help build effective systems, processes and a strong team culture.

About you

You have a strong digital marketing background and enjoy using data to make campaigns work harder. You bring energy and positivity, adapt quickly and work in an agile way. You genuinely enjoy the challenge of making strategy land in the real world.
