Field Marketing Manager, Americas

Mexico City, Mexico +2 In person Full-time

About Hilbert

Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth engine that gives B2C teams predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the actions that drive sustainable growth. Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes.

From Fortune 10 enterprises to beloved brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, operators run their growth on Hilbert. We're also co-building alongside leading AI companies.

The problem you are hired to solve

Hilbert's pipeline comes from Executive dinners, advisor firesides at the office, briefings at the customer's offices, side events at conferences. Events and warm introductions produce most of the deals that reach a second meeting.

Today those rooms happen when a founder or a regional sales leader makes them happen. There is no calendar, no owner, no follow-up standard and no count of which room produced which meeting. The Americas pipeline spans the United States, Mexico, Brazil and the Andean markets, and the sellers in each of them are building their own event plans from scratch.

That is this role: own the Americas event programme end to end, decide what goes on it, and measure it on the budget-holder meetings it produces.

What the role is

The Field Marketing Manager owns the strategy and the execution of every in-person and live-audience programme in the Americas. The job has two halves.

The first is the outside calendar: which conferences and industry events Hilbert joins, at what level, and what it does there. You recommend the list with the reasoning, and then you run each one, from the sponsorship decision to the side event, the speaker slots, the meeting schedule and the on-site execution.

The second is the programmes Hilbert hosts itself: executive dinners in the hub cities, advisor and investor firesides and podcast recordings at the office, customer roundtables and webinars. You design the format, the audience and the guest list, propose it, and then produce every part of it, including the promotion and the follow-up that turn attendance into meetings.

You plan both halves with the regional sales leaders, run them yourself, and report what each one produced. You are the first field marketer in the Americas. Your counterpart in EMEA runs the same programme there, and you build the shared playbook together.

What the role is not

Not content production. The founders and the product marketing lead decide what Hilbert says publicly and write the materials. You decide where it is said, to whom, and what happens the next morning.

Not paid acquisition. Hilbert runs no paid demand programmes today and this role does not start one.

The impact you will have

Decide the Americas calendar for the year with the regional sales leaders: which outside events to join, which events to host and in which office cities, which accounts in the room, and what each one has to produce. Recommend it with the reasoning and own it once agreed.

Run the executive dinner series in the hub cities, with guest lists drawn from target accounts and late-stage deals, and a follow-up plan agreed with the sellers before the invitations go out.

Own Hilbert's presence at the conferences you chose, from the sponsorship decision to the side event, the speaker slots, the meeting schedule and the on-site execution.

Design and produce the office programmes: advisor and investor firesides, live-audience podcast recordings, customer roundtables and webinars. You propose the format and the guest, and then you produce the whole thing, from the invitation to the recording to what is published afterwards.

Run pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up with sellers so that attendance becomes meetings within the week, not the quarter.

Manage vendors, venues, budgets and the partners who co-host with Hilbert.

Promote every programme through the channels Hilbert uses, LinkedIn and the newsletter among them, within the review process the company sets for public content.

Track every programme in the CRM: invited, attended, met, advanced. Report it monthly and change the calendar on what the numbers say.

Write the playbook, so that a dinner in Mexico City runs to the same standard as one in New York, and so that the next region can copy it.

How you are measured

  • Meetings with budget holders at target accounts that trace to a programme you ran.
  • Late-stage deals that advanced within thirty days of an event their buyer attended.
  • Cost per qualified meeting, by format.
  • Programmes delivered on the date and budget agreed.

What we look for

  • Four or more years in field marketing or event marketing at a B2B technology company with an enterprise sales motion, with end-to-end ownership of programmes from guest list to follow-up.
  • Has built an event strategy, not only executed one. Can show a calendar they designed, what they chose to join, what they chose to host, what they turned down, and what each produced.
  • Has run executive dinners and small, senior rooms and can show which meetings and deals came out of them. Has also run a conference presence with speakers, side events and a meeting schedule.
  • Has designed and produced an owned format from nothing: a dinner series, a podcast, a fireside or a webinar programme that ran more than once because it worked.
  • Works as a partner to sellers: plans the room with them, holds them to the follow-up, and is trusted with the account list.
  • Operationally exact. Vendors, venues, budgets, registration, name badges and the follow-up list are all yours, and you keep every one of them on track.
  • Writes a clear invitation, a clear brief for a speaker and a clear report for a sales leader.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. The Americas programme runs in both.
  • Comfortable at startup pace, with a programme to build, no agency behind you at first, and a founder's calendar to work around.
  • Able to travel around 30 percent across the United States and Latin America.
  • Nice to have: Portuguese; experience with HubSpot; a network among CMOs and growth leaders in retail, grocery, QSR or banking; experience at a company that sold to the same buyers Hilbert sells to; experience building a field programme from nothing.

Your first ninety days

  • Weeks 1 to 3. Meet every seller in the Americas and read the pipeline. Audit the events run so far and what they produced. Take over the next dinner already on the calendar.
  • Weeks 4 to 8. Recommend the Americas calendar through the next two quarters: the outside events to join, the programmes to host, and why. Run two programmes end to end, with follow-up tracked in the CRM.
  • Weeks 9 to 12. Report the first ninety days by format and cost per meeting. Agree the shared playbook with your EMEA counterpart. Tell us which formats to drop.
  • You will inherit a brand system, a target-account list, an advisor network that opens doors and a track record of dinners that worked. You will not inherit a calendar or a team. Both are deliberate.
  • Reporting and location
  • Reports to the Head of GTM Strategy and Operations. Works daily with the regional sales leaders for North America and Latin America, the product marketing lead and the founders.
  • Based in San Francisco, New York or Mexico City, hybrid. Travel around 30 percent.
