Build Lasting Corporate Partnerships – Nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their business priorities, and deliver tailored solutions that position Conrad Dubai as their preferred luxury hospitality partner.

Lead Corporate Market Development – Take ownership of assigned corporate and managed segments, developing market-specific strategies to strengthen account performance, expand market share, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Position Conrad Dubai as a Preferred Destination – Proactively promote the hotel as a leading luxury destination for Corporate Individual Business Travel (IBT) within the UAE, highlighting its distinctive offerings, personalised service, and facilities.

Achieve Sales Activity Targets – Complete the agreed number of daily sales appointments and client engagements, maintaining a consistent and purposeful approach to prospecting, account development, and business conversion.

Deliver Engaging Sales Presentations – Prepare and present compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that showcase the hotel’s facilities, services, and unique value proposition in line with each client’s requirements.

Create Memorable Client Experiences – Host property tours, site inspections, familiarisation visits, client networking events, and business dinners, ensuring every interaction reflects Conrad Dubai’s commitment to attentive, personalised luxury service.

Convert New Business Opportunities – Identify and secure opportunities for meetings, events, and function space with associated accommodation requirements, aligning each opportunity with the hotel’s commercial priorities and overall business needs.

Represent the Hotel at Key Industry Events – Participate in strategic sales trips, trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and client events locally and internationally to strengthen relationships, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified business leads.

Apply In-Depth Market Knowledge – Use a strong understanding of the local, regional, national, and international business landscape to anticipate client needs, identify emerging opportunities, and tailor sales strategies to relevant markets and segments.

Develop Strategic Revenue Plans – Support the Director of Sales and Commercial Director in shaping revenue strategies through rate development, demand analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market mix optimisation to maximise overall hotel performance.

Maximise Channel Contribution – Monitor and support revenue generation across key distribution channels, including HRW, CRO, GDS, and online platforms, identifying opportunities to improve business contribution and commercial effectiveness.

Maintain Commercial Standards – Review sales proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with Conrad and Hilton brand standards, established commercial guidelines, and agreed business terms, while protecting the hotel’s revenue objectives.

Strengthen the Sales Pipeline – Proactively research, qualify, and develop new business leads, applying creative approaches to prospecting and achieving agreed new-business contribution targets within total generated revenue.

Collaborate Across Hilton – Build productive relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS), Area Sales Offices (ASO), and other relevant Hilton commercial teams to generate qualified corporate enquiries and develop opportunities across international markets.

Maintain Accurate Account Management – Ensure client databases, account files, contact details, and development plans are accurate, current, and maintained in line with Conrad and Hilton standards, supporting informed decision-making and consistent client engagement.

Support Commercial Leadership – Attend sales meetings, performance reviews, briefings, and internal business meetings as required. Step in to lead meetings and coordinate relevant activities in the Director of Sales’ absence, ensuring continuity and clear communication.

Deliver Timely Reporting and Communication – Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, performance updates, and business insights within agreed deadlines, responding promptly and professionally to emails and requests from the Director of Sales and Commercial Director.

Champion Continuous Improvement – Participate in regular one-to-one performance reviews, identify opportunities to strengthen sales effectiveness, share market intelligence, and contribute innovative ideas that support the hotel’s commercial strategy.

Uphold Professional Standards and Compliance – Use company-approved systems, digital tools, email, and communication devices responsibly, in accordance with organisational policies and established procedures.

Promote a Safe and Responsible Workplace – Maintain a sound understanding of the hotel’s fire safety procedures, emergency response requirements, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance at all times.
