The opportunity
Are you ready to lead global commercial excellence and shape how complex opportunities are won? In this role, you will lead a global commercial operations and tendering team responsible for delivering high-quality proposals and driving successful tender execution across regions.
You will work closely with sales, business units, risk management, and cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial opportunities are assessed, managed, and delivered with excellence. - Experience leading teams in a global matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of commercial and tendering processes.
- Experience managing risk reviews and complex opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
