Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Engineering Software team, where you will contribute to the development and maintenance of 3D CAD engineering applications used by global engineering teams. In this role, you will work on software solutions built around PTC Creo, helping engineers improve efficiency, standardization, and quality throughout the design process.

Working closely with engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and support. You will contribute to the evolution of engineering tools by developing new functionalities, enhancing existing applications, and ensuring reliable and scalable software solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment where software development and engineering expertise come together to solve complex technical challenges. The role is well suited for developers who enjoy creating applications that directly support engineering and product development processes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across different locations.

How you will make an impact

  • Develop and enhance applications for PTC Creo Parametric using C# Toolkit, Creo Weblink, and CreoJS.
  • Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
  • Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain engineering software applications and enhancements.
  • Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, testing, performance monitoring, and quality assurance practices.
  • Manage and prioritize development activities to support product roadmap objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, key users, developers, and business teams to drive aligned and scalable solutions.
  • Improve usability and functionality by incorporating user feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide advanced support, maintain technical documentation, and deliver training and release communications.

Your background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Strong experience developing applications in C#, ideally for PTC Creo Parametric environments.

Hands-on experience with web application technologies such as CreoJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Knowledge of software architecture, code quality practices, testing methodologies, and secure coding standards.

Experience working with Azure DevOps and agile software development methodologies.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with excellent English proficiency.
