Enable Business Units, Functions, and Federated Domains to consume data through governed analytics and BI capabilities; reduce duplication of dashboards, reports, datasets, and metrics through reusable enterprise patterns.
Enable AI/ML platform capabilities including MLOps pipelines, model serving (via Databricks / MLflow), and integration with AI agent frameworks; ensure AI-ready data access patterns are governed, traceable, and production-ready.
Partner with Data Strategy & Governance, Data Quality & Management, and Data Protection & Compliance to embed governance, quality, access controls, and auditability into analytics, platform, and self-service delivery; support AI Nexus and Digital Core through governed, reusable, and traceable data consumption patterns.
Define and monitor analytics adoption, platform usage, reporting quality, reuse, self-service maturity, and service effectiveness indicators; maintain visibility of technology trends, BI capabilities, and emerging analytics practices.
Ensure platform security, identity-based access management, and data protection compliance across Microsoft Fabric and Databricks; define and enforce platform-level security controls in collaboration with Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and IT.
Manage strategic technology vendor relationships including Microsoft and Databricks.
Contribute to FinOps practices for the analytics platform, including capacity planning, cloud cost transparency, chargeback modeling, and consumption optimization.
Lead and develop the team, ensuring clear accountabilities, resource allocation, performance management, and professional growth; promote a culture of reuse, governed self-service, analytics excellence, and measurable business value.
Your background
Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience, including at least 10 years in analytics, business intelligence, data platform enablement, data engineering, or data product delivery in a complex global organization.
