What you will be doing Lead and coordinate global supplier risk assessments , covering financial, operational, compliance, supply continuity and ESG risks.
Develop and implement the Procurement ESG and sustainability strategy , translating corporate and regulatory requirements into procurement actions. Coordinate supplier ESG assessments, due diligence and audits , monitoring environmental, social, human rights and ethical sourcing requirements. Integrate risk and ESG criteria into supplier onboarding, qualification, sourcing and supplier segmentation . Drive supplier risk mitigation and development plans , coordinating corrective actions and monitoring their implementation and effectiveness.
Develop risk and ESG KPIs, dashboards and management reporting to support decision-making, audits and regulatory reporting. Lead Procurement Excellence and transformation initiatives , improving processes, governance, tools, data and digital capabilities. Partner with global stakeholders across Procurement, Sustainability, Compliance, Legal, Quality, Finance, Operations and Digital , providing guidance and training on supplier risk and sustainable procurement.
What we’re looking for A proven track record in supplier risk and ESG/sustainable procurement, including supplier assessment, due diligence, audits and corrective actions. A University Degree in sustainability, procurement, supply chain, business, engineering, finance, risk management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent skills in risk analysis and data-driven reporting, including the development of risk-scoring methodologies, KPIs and dashboards; proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Strong competencies in cross-functional project/change management and stakeholder influencing, with a structured, collaborative and implementation-focused approach. Knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing sector, strategic sourcing and supplier lifecycle management, with experience in global and matrix organizations. Experience in manufacturing, particularly automotive OEM or Tier 1, is strongly preferred. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Any other languages will be valued.
