We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a  Vice President, Technology Business Management.

In this role you will

• Manage technology budgets, forecasts, expenditure, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Support investment cases, prioritisation, benefits realisation and cost-efficiency opportunities in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
• Establish effective governance, reporting and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with risk, security, resilience, control and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee technology portfolios, programmes and operational performance through executive dashboards, constructive challenge and issue resolution.
• Support workforce planning, capacity management, organisational design, supplier performance, contracts and third-party risk management.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate complex technology, financial and operational matters through clear briefings, presentations and committee materials.

To be successful you will need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, finance, management or a related discipline.

Significant experience in technology management, business management, portfolio management, financial management or a comparable role.

Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex, regulated or highly controlled organisation.

Strong understanding of technology operating models, governance, budgets, risk management and delivery practices.

Experience preparing executive reporting and turning complex information into practical recommendations.

Demonstrable experience coordinating work across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
