Global Digital Transformation and Commercialisation Lead

Central, Hong Kong In person Full-time

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Global Digital Transformation and Commercialisation Lead.

In this role you will

  • Client and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead structured engagement with clients and internal stakeholders to promote adoption of data and digital tools, influencing behaviours and challenging the status quo to embed strategic tools into current processes and operating models.
  • Build trusted relationships across key client segments (e.g., Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Broker Dealers and other institutional clients) to understand priorities, use cases and adoption barriers.
  • Represent the voice of the client and user community, translating feedback into actionable enhancements and prioritised adoption initiatives.
  • Adoption strategy, value realisation and measurement
  • Define and execute adoption strategies by tool and client segment, including target audiences, onboarding journeys, communications, training and reinforcement mechanisms.
  • Establish measurable adoption and value-realisation metrics (e.g., active usage, workflow penetration, reduction in manual touchpoints, time saved, client satisfaction indicators).
  • Analyse adoption performance and user behaviour, identify root causes of under-utilisation, and implement improvement plans with clear outcomes and timelines.
  • Product commercialisation and go-to-market enablement
  • Drive product commercialisation for data and digital tools, partnering with Product, Sales/Client Management and Marketing to define pricing/packaging, positioning and launch plans, and to deliver go-to-market execution
  • Enhance the product catalogue and adoption/marketing artefacts for data and digital tools, incorporating segment-specific use cases and clear value propositions.
  • Create and maintain adoption assets such as playbooks, onboarding guides, demo scripts, FAQs, case studies, and internal enablement materials for client-facing teams.
  • Partner with Communications/Marketing (where applicable) to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive client narrative.
  • Cross-functional partnership and delivery
  • Work closely with data and digital product teams to drive adoption and ongoing optimisation of tools, increasing operational efficiency through reduced manual processing and improved straight-through workflows.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Client Management and Implementation teams to ensure alignment across the end-to-end client journey—from onboarding to steady-state usage.
  • Identify dependencies, risks and operational impacts early, coordinating resolution across stakeholder groups.
  • Governance, controls and operating model embedding
  • Establish and run governance forums to coordinate client engagement on data and digital strategy and ensure tools are matched to client needs and operational/regulatory constraints.
  • Embed sustainable adoption processes (e.g., standardised onboarding, periodic health checks, feedback loops, and continuous improvement cadence).
  • Support teams to embed new cultures and ways of working across leadership and frontline communities, including change management and capability-building.

To be successful you will need

  • Proven experience driving digital adoption, transformation, change, or client enablement initiatives in a complex organisation (preferably financial services).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence across Product, Operations, Technology and client-facing teams without direct authority.
  • Demonstrable ability to define success metrics, interpret data/insight, and translate findings into practical improvements.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate value propositions and tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Structured approach to planning and execution, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Knowledge of Securities Services / post-trade servicing, institutional client workflows, and data/analytics product capabilities.
  • Experience designing onboarding journeys, adoption playbooks, training, or internal enablement.
