We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Distribution Risk Control.

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing risk control processes within the Distribution Department of Hang Seng Insurance. This role ensures that all distribution activities meet regulatory and internal control requirements, oversee and management distribution risk of different distribution channels, and prepare regulatory submission.

Principal Responsibilities

• Prepare Management Information ("MI") of distribution risks related activities for senior management oversight.
• Conduct on-going monitoring on MI and identify any exceptions with comprehensive analysis conducted and remedial actions taken if applicable.
• Prepare and coordinate the submission of regulatory reports.
• Conduct due diligence on distribution channels.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of insurance business, digital distribution and regulations, operational risk management, or other risk management related areas.
• Strong business sense, self-motivated with good communication, logical and positive thinking, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective deliverables.
