Andaz Hiroshima will occupy the upper floors of KAMIHACHI X, a striking new landmark in the heart of Hiroshima. The Role & Key Responsibilities

As Finance Manager at Andaz Hiroshima, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting processes.

Working closely with the Director of Finance, you will support the hotel's pre-opening preparations, oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and cost management, and provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

You will also collaborate with various departments and develop the Finance team, contributing to a strong financial foundation and the long-term success of Andaz Hiroshima.

Support the Director of Finance in establishing financial systems, accounting procedures, and internal controls during the pre-opening phase.

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, and general ledger activities.

Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances against budgets, and provide recommendations for operational improvements and cost control.

Ensure compliance with Hyatt's financial policies, internal controls, and applicable Japanese accounting and tax regulations.

Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis in collaboration with the Director of Finance.

Work closely with operational departments to provide financial guidance and support effective business decisions.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit preparation and follow-up.

Lead, coach, and develop Finance team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable working environment.

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy through technology and system improvements.

• 経理マネージャー期待される役割と職務内容
• 財務・経理業務の正確性、コンプライアンス、効率性を確保し、ホテルの健全な財務運営を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。
• 経理部長と連携し、開業準備における財務・経理体制の構築から、日々の経理業務、財務報告、内部統制、コスト管理まで幅広く担当します。また、各部門に対して財務面からのアドバイスを提供し、適切な意思決定をサポートします。
• チームの育成にも積極的に関わり、アンダーズ広島の安定した運営と長期的な成長に貢献していただきます。
• 開業準備期間における財務・経理システム、業務プロセス、内部統制の構築を経理部長とともに推進する。
• 買掛金・売掛金管理、収入監査、総勘定元帳管理など、日々の経理業務を統括する。
• 月次決算、財務報告、勘定科目の照合を正確かつ期限内に実施する。
• 予算と実績の差異を分析し、業務改善やコスト管理に向けた提案を行う。
• ハイアットの財務・経理方針、内部統制基準および日本の会計・税務関連法令の遵守を徹底する。
• 経理部長と連携し、予算策定、業績予測、キャッシュフロー管理、財務分析をサポートする。
• 各オペレーション部門と連携し、財務面からのアドバイスを通じて適切な意思決定を支援する。
• 内部・外部監査への対応および必要な資料の準備、指摘事項へのフォローアップを行う。
• チームの指導・育成を行い、協力的で責任感のある職場環境をつくる。
• テクノロジーやシステムの改善を通じて、経理業務の効率化とデータの正確性向上を推進する。
• Experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or financial management systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• High standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel Finance department.
• Working knowledge of English for communication within an international environment.

• 応募資格
• 経理・財務業務の実務経験（ホテル業界での経験があれば尚可）。
• 会計原則、財務報告、予算管理、内部統制に関する知識。
