About the Role
As our Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that support employee growth and service excellence. You will coordinate training programs, manage learning systems and records, and work closely with leaders to develop our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Plan, schedule, and promote hotel-wide training programs and learning initiatives.
- Support managers and Service Coaches in delivering departmental training.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning compliance requirements.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide support to employees.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials and resources.
- Coordinate employee engagement and communication events, including Town Halls and recognition programs.
- Manage hotel tours, apprenticeship programs, and work experience placements.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interviews and recruitment events.
- Monitor learning outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or Hospitality.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A passion for developing people and creating positive learning experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
