About the Role
As a Strategic Partner Sales Manager at Hyland, you'll be a key field contributor driving joint go-to-market execution and pipeline growth with strategic partners. You'll lead co-sell motions with assigned partners, align Hyland and partner sales teams around shared opportunities, and play a direct role in converting joint pipeline into closed business. Working closely with ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers, you'll bring a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, a collaborative mindset, and a results-driven approach to every partner engagement.
This is a role for a relationship-builder and deal-executor who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and knows how to make partnerships work in the field.
Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do
Drive partner-influenced pipeline through structured co-sell motions, account mapping, and territory alignment; support the progression of joint opportunities by coordinating with Hyland sellers and partner teams throughout the full sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sales teams — including ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers — and internal Hyland sellers to support deal execution and ensure partners are engaged in priority accounts and active opportunities.
Assist in delivering partner enablement including sales plays, solution positioning, and qualification support; participate in joint customer and partner engagements to advance opportunities and improve win rates.
Maintain visibility into partner-related pipeline and contribute to forecasting efforts; participate in pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and execution cadence with partner and Hyland teams; identify and escalate execution gaps or blockers.
Provide feedback on co-sell effectiveness and partner engagement; support the scaling of successful partner plays across regions or segments through repeatable execution models and shared best practices.
Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to execute pipeline-generating programs and deliver execution feedback; contribute to the continuous optimization of joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell motions across the partner ecosystem.
